Mölnlycke Mepilex Border Flex Lite (581500) is a thin, all-in-one bordered foam dressing for low-exuding acute and chronic wounds. Its Flex technology lets the dressing conform to difficult body contours — heels, elbows, sacrum and foot ulcers — reducing tension and improving wear time and comfort.

The Safetac silicone adhesive layer moulds gently to the skin around the wound without sticking to the moist wound bed, so dressing changes are less painful and cause minimal trauma to fragile skin. A moisture- and bacteria-proof film backing protects the wound and reduces the risk of maceration while maintaining a moist healing environment. The 15x15cm size is well suited to larger, low-exudate wounds and pressure-prone areas, and can be worn for up to 7 days depending on the wound.
