Velfix Secure is a purpose-designed fixation dressing that fastens nasogastric tubes and keeps them reliably in place. Its skin-friendly adhesive holds all common NG tubes securely while a breathable, gentle backing helps prevent nasal irritation, erosion or pressure necrosis at the nostril.

The design is comfortable for the patient and convenient for staff — nurses can change the holder independently without waiting for additional help. It is available in unilateral (Cat 771181) and double (Cat 771182) configurations for different fixation needs.
